✔ Fields of application: For anchoring heavy loads in non-cracked concrete. For example: High shelves, crash barriers, noise barriers, facades, machines, railings etc. in dry, damp environments.

✔ Properties: Composite anchors are particularly suitable for applying high load values with small edge and centre distances, as they anchor without expansion pressure. They can be used in dry and damp environments, as well as cost-efficiently and rationally in row installations.

✔ Mode of operation: The composite anchor cartridge consists of a glass tube which is filled with a resin mixture, coarse quartz sand and an inner tube filled with hardener powder. The anchor rod is inserted into the borehole by means of a drilling device, hammering, rotating. During this process the glass tubes are destroyed, the quartz sand crushes the glass splinters and the resin is homogeneously mixed with the hardener. The mixture fills the space between the fixing element and the wall of the drill hole. After hardening of the mixture, the fastener can be loaded with the specified load.
