✔ CONTACTLESS SWITCHING: The inductive proximity switch reliably detects metal parts in a detection range < 2 mm (standardized to steel). The switching distance is reduced for aluminum or stainless steel. Temperature range from -30...+65°C.
✔ PROTECTION CLASS IP67: The nickel-plated brass housing is completely dust-tight and can withstand short-term immersion to a depth of 1 m. Coolant splashes, dust and moisture are no problem for the sensor.
✔ WIDE SUPPLY VOLTAGE: 6-36V DC (e.g. 12V mains adapter, 24V industrial supply or 36V battery). Please note: A step-up converter to 12V is recommended for operation on a developer board (5V). Maximum switching load 100 mA.
✔ SWITCHING LOGIC: Inductive proximity switch with PNP output and NC function (NC). The output opens against positive when approached. Ideal for safety circuits and protective functions in automation.
✔ SCOPE OF DELIVERY: Inductive proximity sensor ?8mm + 2 x nut, M8 thread, length 50mm, open cable ends 120cm, insulation resistance 50MOhm. Connection: Brown = supply plus, blue = GND, black = signal output.
